1. How to read the SN code?

 a. If the watch has been connected to the APP, you can see the SN code by tapping the device in the APP

2. What is the significance of the temperature measured by the watch?

The temperature measured by ASUS VivoWatch is the surface temperature measured by the sensor, which varies from object to object.
The factors that cause the difference in surface temperature include: the environment, the object itself, etc., and the trend of surface temperature changes can be observed through ASUS VivoWatch.
It will heat up during the charging process. It is recommended to perform the temperature measurement function 5 minutes after charging.
ASUS VivoWatch 5 does not have a body temperature measurement function.

 

3. When the watch is in use, will there be a temperature difference between the on and off of the LED light and indirectly cause skin burns?

 There is no temperature difference between turning on the light of the watch LED and turning off the light, so the temperature of the watch is equal to the ambient temperature. In addition, this product has passed the test of IEC 62471, including the safety test of the impact of the maximum current on the human body when the LED is fully opened with 5v (simulating a short circuit).

 

4. Leather strap related instructions

 How to clean the leather strap: Wipe the leather strap with a clean, smooth cloth. It can be wiped with a moderate amount of water, but it is not recommended to soak in water; after drying, put it back on the watch body and continue using it.
