What damages are covered by ASUS Perfect Warranty?
Our ASUS Perfect Warranty program was created to help protect you against damages such as: liquid damage, electrical surges, accidental breakage, accidental drops, falls and other collisions. Subject to verification by ASUS. Perfect Warranty does NOT apply to the following: theft, loss, natural damage including but not limited to rain, fire, and flood, or any intentional damage. Please refer to the ASUS Perfect Warranty Terms & Conditions first.
Is my product eligible for ASUS Perfect Warranty?
This protection program applies only to brand new ASUS branded products and must also be purchased from authorized ASUS Partners in the UAE only. You must register your ASUS products within 90 days of purchase to qualify for ASUS Perfect Warranty. Please check the ASUS Perfect Warranty Terms & Conditions for further clarification.
When does ASUS Perfect Warranty coverage begin, and how long does it last?
Your ASUS Perfect Warranty coverage starts on the purchase date of your laptop and lasts for 1 year for Vivobook series and TUF Gaming series; and 2 years for Zenbook series, ProArt series, and ROG Zephyrus series / STRIX series / SCAR series And it can only cover once for each product per year.
If I have other warranty package demand, where can I purchase ASUS Premium Care for my ASUS Products?
ASUS Premium Care can only be purchased in the country where you originally purchased your brand-new ASUS Product from. You can visit https://www.asus.com/me-en/support/premium_care/ to get more details.
How many claims can I file through ASUS Perfect Warranty?
Under this Service Package coverage period, customer is eligible to one (1) claim per year, and one (1) part is allowed per claim. Serial number validation is performed by ASUS after you complete the product registration process. For any additional claims made for a repair of additional part(s), the labor, shipping and spare parts costs will be borne by the customer.
How do I file a ASUS Perfect Warranty claim?
Register your products via ASUS Member portal, MyASUS, Armoury Crate, Perfect Warranty page, or any other ASUS product registration portal. Once the product registration is confirmed, it will automatically come with ASUS Perfect Warranty coverage from the date of purchase, and you can check your warranty status from https://www.asus.com/me-en/support/warranty-status-inquiry.
