New lineup of rack and tower servers with latest Intel platform deliver a 1.33X average performance improvement in power consumption and clock speed
All ASUS server series are optimized to fully leverage 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors and future technologies including Intel Optane DC persistent memory and Intel Deep Learning Boost technology to enable more efficient AI (artificial intelligence) acceleration, including the GPU-optimized ESC 8000 and 4000 series, high-performance RS720, 700, 540, 520, and 500 series, Z11 series server motherboard and WS C621 workstation motherboard. With the latest 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Platinum processor, ASUS servers deliver a 1.21X performance improvement in Linpack, a 1.83X performance improvement in Stream Triad, and an incredible 17X improvement in AI and deep learning inference over previous-generation processors.

As a select Intel partner, ASUS offers breakthrough performance with the latest Intel Optane™ DC persistent memory with an over 88% gain in input/output operations per second (IOPS) compared with the same configuration in SSD. This new processor platform also introduces Intel Deep Learning Boost technology for enhanced deep learning capabilities. With this new technology, ASUS servers achieved a 3.1X performance improvement in the ResNet-50 and SSD VGG-16 models, fully demonstrating the inference capability of the new platform.
