How to join

Eligible participant:

All the individuals who have been living in Cambodia including foreigners are eligible to register joining this competition except the employees of ASUS and relevant employees who have been working in organizing and monitoring this program are all not allowed to join this competition.

Registration:

Register your name and required information on the official website of the ASUS CAMBODIA to reserve a gaming seat already pre-setup inside the ASUS Exclusive Store by Nika (there are only 2 gaming seats available for booking with only 3 sessions time slot available per player)
Required information to register including:
- Phone number
- Email
- Name

Game Session:

Visit the ASUS Exclusive Store - Nika at your booking timeslot and enjoy the gaming experience using the gaming laptops that already pre-setup by our organizing team
Play the Monster Hunter: Wild
Player must ONLY USE STARTER GEAR (CHANGES TO THE GEARS, GAME SETTINGS AND SYSTEM SETTINGS WILL LEAD TO PARTICIPATION TERMINATION)

Score Rankings:

Level 1: 5’15”000
Level 2: 10’45’’000
Compete regularly to improve your score and climb the leaderboard in a 2-hour session

Limitation

A person can register to create a profile for recording in our competition program for only 1 (one) profile and must present his/her valid identification to the program organizer team to verify the identity of the participant.

A registered profile can join the competition only 3 (three) time by visiting the Asus Exclusive Store - Nika and play the Monster Hunter: Wild game for only 3 (three) session to record the gaming result on our leaderboard.

General rules and regulations

Winner Selection

The participant with the shortest hunt time during the competition period will be awarded the grand prize, a Gaming Monitor, ROG Peripherals and Monster Hunter: Wild game code.
Winners will be officially announced on the ASUS Republic of Gamers Cambodia in early April 2025

Prize Claim Process

Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement.
To claim the prize, winners are required to:
- Present a valid national ID or passport or any form of identification, phone number, and registered email for verification.
- Ensure the submitted information matches the records in the ASUS database.

Failure to claim the prize within the allotted time or providing mismatched information will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

Transparency and Fair Play

Participants must not changes any game settings, in-game gears and system settings.
Participants must allow staff to take a clear photo of their racing results to validate their performance.
Any instances of fraudulent activity, false information, or rule violations will result in immediate disqualification without prior notice.

All decisions made by ASUS Cambodia regarding the competition are final and non-negotiable.
Updates on leaderboard rankings, winner announcements, and other relevant information will be posted exclusively on the ASUS Republic of Gamers Cambodia Facebook group.

Monthly winners are not eligible to participate in subsequent monthly competitions.
The competition is intended for promotional purposes and is open to general customers and visitors of the ASUS Exclusive Store - Nika.
Employees, distributors, dealers, and agency staff associated with ASUS products are not eligible to participate.
ASUS Cambodia reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of the competition without prior notice.
