Fixed it takes long time to check ATI 5850 VGA card

Fix insufficient resource for nVidia VGA cards in SLI mode under Windows Vista.
Fix the system may hang after updating DMI.
Update to AGESA code 2.08.07.
Add AMD patch for Rev.G1 single core CPU.
