The fastest ever CPU Frequency of 8722.78 MHz (164.33% increase over stock frequency) has been achieved by the Stilt, a Finnish extreme overclocker, using the new FX-8370 on the ROG Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboard!

This breaks the previous world record set by Andre Yang, who held the previous record for two years with an FX-8150 CPU frequency of 8709 MHz, also using the ROG Crosshair V Formula-Z.
