Process for Carry-In or Onsite Service Only for INDIA

For Carry-in service:

For Carry -in service: You need to bring the product to the ASUS Service Centre for repair, and post repair you need to collect the product from the Service Center. Please visit our Service Center with invoice copy to get the issue resolved at the earliest, and refer to this link for Service Centre locations: https://www.asus.com/in/support/service-center/india

Note: This is to inform you that if your device is out of warranty or the product is having Physical Damage / Water Contact then services will be on chargeable basis.
We inform you that a service charge will be 800 INR. In case any part is getting replaced then you have to pay the part cost including service tax.
If you are not taking service, only diagnosing your device, then diagnose charge of 250 INR will be applicable.

For Onsite service:

On-site: If this service is availed, ASUS engineer will visit at your given location, diagnose the device and repair it. You may apply it through our online RMA link: https://rma.asus.com/in or Please approach our toll-free numbers :

1. 1800 2090 365 (Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 6 pm) for CONSUMER PRODUCTS.

2. 1800 2678 901 (Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 9 pm) for COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS.

For Out of Warranty Service:

This is to inform you that if your device is out of warranty or the product is having Physical Damage / Water Contact etc. then services will be done on chargeable basis.
The standard charges will be 550 INR for technician visit (If your location is within 50 KM from Service Center), Plus service charge will be 800 INR. In case any part is getting replaced then you have to pay the part cost including service charges. If you are not taking service, only diagnosing your device, then diagnose charge of 250 INR will be applicable.

Note: If your location is more than 50 KM from the nearest Service Center and your device is out of warranty or having any physical damage, then you need to contact the nearest Service Center for the visiting charges confirmation.
