How to provide proof of purchase (India)

- The product name which is/are listed on invoice should match with product picture.
- Invoice should always include the following information:
- Purchase date (Invoice date): Purchase date should be same as the date which was entered on the website.
- Invoice number: Invoice should have the receipt/invoice number.
- Product information: Invoice should have the product information, especially product name and serial number.
- Dealer information – The name and address of the dealer/store where the item was purchased should be visible and clear and also GST/TIN/Pan number should be mentioned
- If it’s a hand written invoice Dealer stamp and signature required
- The product picture and invoice picture are clear and all information on Rule 2 are legible.

Q1: Can I upload the invoice which is copy version?
A1: We can accept copies of the receipt as long as all the rules stated above are still met.
Q2: How can I know the verification is success or failed?
A2: After you submit the ticket, the system will send the mail to your mailbox and let you know we have received your request. ASUS will need at least two working days to verify the request.
Q3: If I got the rejection mail, what can I do?
A3: When rejecting, we will provide a rejection reason. You may check the reason for rejection and resubmit the ticket once fixed. If you have any questions or disputes about the rejection, you may contact our Service Hotline.
