Troubleshooting- volume keys doesn't work and not respond to Phone / Tablet

If you encountered some problems with your volume keys, try the following tips to for troubleshooting :

Launch Camera and try whether you can take a photo by pressing volume key. Note: Please launch Camera > tapping upper-left gear icon to functio menu > Set volume key as Shutter .

To access to Safe Mode, long press the power key then tap Power Off > OK. If your phone works well in Safe Mode, malfunction might be caused by third-party apps when you use in Normal mode. Please restart your phone and check again.
