[Phone/Pad] Troubleshooting - Phone can not normally boot up
Troubleshooting for No display, No Responding (Frozen) , Boot without responding :
1. If the device is charging with AC charger, please disconnect the charger, then press and hold the power button for 15 seconds until the device vibrates and then release it.
2-1. If the device still can not be turned on and no vibration after you hold and press power button for 15 seconds, please connect it with AC charger
- Connect the device to AC charger and charge it for at least 1 hour. Note:Please use the ASUS bundled Micro USB cable and AC charger to charge the device
- If the device cannot be turned on even you press power button after the charging is completed , try and test with other ASUS bundled AC chargers.
- If your device still failed to boot up, please contact the local service center for further assistance.
2-2 No display on phone after you hold and press power button for 15 seconds (But device vibrates)
- Please check your device with the following 3 reference troubleshooting links. If the device still doesn't work, please contact the local Service Center for further assistance.
Screen hangs (Freezing) on ASUS LOGO / No backlight / Black screen with vibration but cannot enter system
1. Long press Power button for 10 seconds to force shut down the device, then, press the power key to restart the device
2. If you cannot access the system after you restart the device, we suggest you do the hardware reset as the following links. Long press the power button for 10 seconds to shut down.

Note: Once RESET was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization.
Screen hangs on fastboot mode
1. Long press Power button for 10 seconds to force shut down the device, then press the power key to restart the device.
2. If you cannot normally enter the system after you restart the device, send your device to local service center for further examination and check.
