Terms and Conditions for Upgrading your Product

It is strictly prohibited to acquire and/or adopt any Spare Part or Services that are not being serviced / supplied by and/or purchased from Asus and/or its Authorized Service Provider, when availing any Services in relation to ASUS Products, whether in-warranty or Out of Warranty and it refers to the condition under which the Product(s) is not covered by warranty due to:
- An expired warranty period,
- Product(s) with defaced, modified or removed seal, barcode, or serial number label
- Product(s) updated, upgraded, reworked, or repaired performed by third party other than ASUS product’s standard specifications or by Authorized Service Provider.
- Service provided with Spare Parts from third party that are not recognized or approved by ASUS and ASP
Above mentioned will constitute an invalid Service, and which shall be responsibility and liability of the Customer/End User and Customer/End User shall be solely liable for any and all cost, expense, claim, fine, legal proceedings and the like incurred therefrom and shall keep ASUS and ASP protected and indemnified against any damages due to Customer’s/End User’s act and omission.
Further, if the customer requires any services which are covered under in-warranty or Out of Warranty referring to the conditions mentioned above from point 1 to point 4, then the Customer can approach ASUS and/or ASP for its repair on chargeable basis which includes parts ,labor charges and tax as per the standard price chart of ASUS/ASP. ASUS/ASP has the sole right to accept or reject such repair services requested by Customer on reasonable grounds, after examining/evaluating the product and ASUS/ASP cannot be held liable for any such refusal/rejection/ denial by ASUS/ASP, of such service request of Customer.
