ASUS Expands Network In India; Inaugurates its first Exclusive Service Centre in Assam

Assam (17th May, 2017) – After receiving an overwhelming response for its products in the country, ASUS, the Taiwanese leader in mobile technology, inaugurated its first Exclusive Service Centre (ESC) in Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam. The ESC mirrors ASUS’ consumer-centric approach with an aim of providing the consumers a hassle-free after-sales experience.
For ASUS, North East is one of the priority markets. Zenfone has received a positive response from consumers in the region, with ASUS’ recent offering, Zenfone 3 Max, receiving the maximum traction. Since ASUS believes in going a step further and providing their consumers a delightful experience, they have launched this Exclusive Service Center.
Being centrally located, the ESC in Ulubari is easily accessible and will provide timely and efficient services to consumers, allowing them to experience ASUS products for longer durations. The centre is equipped with 5-7 employees who are trained to assist customers ensuring quality support and individual attention to each user is assured. The ASUS ESC will cater to a wide range of ASUS products ranging from smartphones, Notebook, TAB, Desktop, All-in-one, Motherboards and VGA, ensuring that consumers using products from different portfolios are engaged with. The center spans over 1000 Sq ft. in area providing sufficient space to the visiting customers and giving them the opportunity to resolve their service queries in a convenient fashion.
