ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI) is a good combination of necessary features and good build quality. The TUF Gaming Alliance getting better products every year and TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI) a big step up from the Z390 model. It’s not “budget” but it’s at least mid-range in terms of price and features.
