The ASUS Warranty Extension Service Packs (WEP) provide peace of mind by ensuring continued support and assistance through extended warranty coverage after your ASUS product's standard warranty expires.

  • Once activated, your product warranty will automatically extend from its original end date. All other terms remain the same as the ASUS standard warranty.
  • This service pack does not cover software, batteries, peripherals, free accessories like a mouse or bag, or user-induced damage.
  • Since the adapter is covered under the standard warranty of the devices, the adapter warranty is also extended and covered through this pack.
  • The WEP Packs cover International Warranty1 in select countries2.

    Battery Service Pack (BSP)

    Extend your device's battery coverage with the ASUS Battery Service Pack, ensuring optimal performance throughout its lifespan. This pack offers replacement batteries if any battery-related defects are detected by ASUS Service within the extended warranty period.

  • All warranty terms during the extended period shall be the same as those applicable during the standard warranty period.
  • This service pack covers manufacturing defects identified by ASUS Service and excludes any expected capacity reduction due to usage, considering the battery as a consumable item.
  • BSP1 cover the battery warranty internationally2 in select countries3.

    • 1BSP is valid only if the specified period of the pack aligns with the device's existing standard warranty or with extended period through WEP

    Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP)

    Safeguard your device against unexpected mishaps with ASUS Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP), ensuring extended coverage against accidental damages and shielding you from repair or replacement costs incurred during normal device use.

  • ASUS LADP covers various accidental damages resulting from regular use, such as drops, spills, electrical surges, and more.
  • Under the LADP pack, you are eligible for one (1) service claim per year during the coverage period.
  • The service pack starts from the date of product purchase. The total repair costs eligible for coverage under this pack are capped at the product's purchase price.
  • Devices once repaired under the LADP pack will retain their warranty as per the standard warranty or extended warranty period.
  • The Scope of Service under the LADP packs1 is limited to India only and does not cover other geographies or countries.

    • 1LADP pack is valid only if the specified period of the pack aligns with the device's existing standard warranty or with extended period through WEP

    Defective HDD/SSD Retention

    Maintain control over sensitive data by retaining possession of the replaced defective HDD/SSD under the warranty period provided by this pack*

  • This service pack covers the original built-in Hard Disk Drive (HDD)/Solid State Drive (SSD) supplied with the ASUS product and any replacement HDD/SSD installed by an ASUS-authorized technician in accordance with the terms of this service.
  • A storage drive shall be considered defective only if its failure is certified by an authorized ASUS Service Center or ASUS-authorized technician.
  • Successive retention of the drive is applicable in the unlikely event of repeated failure under this Pack
  • The retained HDD/SSD will not be subject to any ongoing support.

    • *Defective HDD/SSD Retention pack is valid only if the specified period of the pack aligns with the device's existing standard warranty or with extended period through WEP

    Next Business Day (NBD) Pack

    The Next Business Day Pack1 ensures that your ASUS device is serviced and returned to fully working condition by the end of the next business day in select cities in India, provided you register your service call before 2 PM IST on a working day.

  • If parts are replaced, you agree to transfer ownership of the defective parts to ASUS.
  • The cut-off time to register your call is 2 pm on working days, and the 24-hour NBD period will start from the registration time. Calls registered after 2 pm will be considered the next day, with the 24-hour NBD period starting from the time of registration.
  • This service is valid within 40 km of ASUS-authorized Service Centers in select cities2.

    • 1NBD pack is valid only if the specified period of the pack aligns with the device's existing standard warranty or with extended period through WEP
