華碩香港地區客戶服務熱線及各服務中心服務時間調整公告(2020年4月27日- 5月8日)
親愛的華碩客戶您好:

由於COVID-19疫情關係，為保障前線同仁及客戶健康，有關華碩(香港)客戶服務及技術支援熱線及香港和澳門地區各服務中心在2020年4月27日- 5月8日的服務時間調整如下：

香港地區:
•華碩香港技術支援及客戶服務熱線將有以下服務時間調整：
-2020年4月30日至5月1日休息，5月2日正常辦公。
•香港華碩皇家俱樂部將有以下服務時間調整：
辦公時間將更改為星期一至星期五：上午十時半至下午五時，星期六、日及公眾假期假休息。
服務中心營業時間有可能因能疫情發展而有所更改，敬請留意我司官網以及Facebook專頁。
-2020年4月30日至5月3日休息，5月4日正常辦公。
•華碩授權服務中心 – 豐修科技有限公司(寄修點)將有以下服務時間調整：
-2020年4月及5月寄修點服務時間正常運作，詳情可參閱以下網址: https://bit.ly/2AN3eRQ 。
•香港主機板及顯示卡代理– 聯強國際(香港)有限公司將有以下服務時間調整
-2020年4月30日至5月1日休息，5月2日正常辦公。
•香港無線產品、主機板及顯示卡代理 – 香港漢科電腦公司將有以下服務時間調整：
-2020年4月30日至5月1日休息，5月2日正常辦公。
•香港無線產品代理 – 匯科系統有限公司將有以下服務時間調整：
辦公時間將更改為星期一至星期五：上午九時半至下午五時半；星期六：上午九時半至下午十二時半(只提供交收服務，不提供即時測試)，星期日及公眾假期假休息。
服務中心營業時間有可能因能疫情發展而有所更改，敬請留意我司官網以及Facebook專頁。

-2020年4月30日至5月1日休息，5月2日正常辦公。
•華碩授權服務中心 – 漢澳科技有限公司將有以下服務時間調整：
-2020年4月30日至5月1日休息，5月2日正常辦公。

Dear ASUS Customers,
Due to COVID-19 issue, to protect the health of frontline colleagues and customers, the opening hours between in 27th April – 8th May 2020 of ASUS services hotline and service centers for HK and Macau district area will be change to the schedule as follows:

For Hong Kong district area:
•The opening hours of ASUS (Hong Kong) Services Hotline will be change as below.
-30th Apr – 1st May 2020 will be closed, service will resume on 2nd May 2020.
•The opening hours of ASUS (HK) Royal Club will be change as below.
Office hours will be change from Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be closed.
The business hours of the service center maybe changed due to the development of the epidemic situation. Please pay attention to our official website and Facebook page.
-30th Apr – 3st May 2020 will be closed, service will resume on 4th May 2020.
•The opening hours of ASUS authorized service center, FS Electronic Technology Co.,Limited will be change as below.
-Normal operation within April and May, please check service point address and service hour here: https://bit.ly/2AN3eRQ
•The opening hours of MB and VGA products agents, SYNNEX TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION will be change as below.
-30th Apr – 1st May 2020 will be closed, service will resume on 2nd May 2020.
•The opening hours of Networking products agent, Hornington Computers Company will be change as below.
-30th Apr – 1st May 2020 will be closed, service will resume on 2nd May 2020.
•The opening hours of Networking, MB and VGA products agent, Basco Technology Limited will be change as below.
Office hours will be change from Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday: 9:30am – 12:30pm(Limited Service: Provide Pick up & Drop off service only, Testing are unavailable), Sunday and public holidays will be closed.
