[Phone] What should I do if ASUS Phone Clone (Data Transfer) automatic connection fails to connect the phones?

New APP name: ASUS Phone Clone

Old APP name: ASUS Data Transfer

 

Please follow steps below:
1. Check whether the smart networking function in advanced Wi-Fi settings has been turned off in both the new and old phones. 
2. Turn on Phone Clone on the new phone, and confirm that a hotspot name beginning with DT has appeared on the waiting for automatic connection screen waiting.
3. Turn on Phone Clone in the old phone and enter the waiting for automatic connection screen. Wait for about 5 to 10 seconds for the connection to be completed.
