[Phone/Pad] The caller can't hear me/Microphone error
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Enable amplification function during a call on recipient's phone to check if they can hear your voice.
2. Test the microphone with the bundled Sound Recorder. If the microphone works well, please check if there is problem with the receiver of the recipient's phone.
3. Please test the phone call in an area with good signal to check if it works properly.
4. Reboot your phone.
5. Please remove any objects that may be blocking the microphone, such as a protective case. Also, check if the microphone is obstructed or dirty. If necessary, use a soft brush to clean the microphone.
6. Disable Wi-Fi calling: If the quality of your Wi-Fi network connection is poor, it may affect call quality.
Go to Phone App > Click the icon at the right-top corner > Settings > Call > Wi-Fi calling > Disable Wi-Fi calling
6. Update firmware to latest version:Go to Settings > System > System updates > Check now.
7. Access Safe Mode by long pressing the Power key > Tapping and holding Power Off > Tapping OK. If your phone works well in Safe Mode, there may be some 3rd apps that are causing the malfunction. Please reboot your phone and check again.
8. Backup your data and perform Factory Data Reset.
Note: Tablets only support models with calling functionality
