Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

This promotion – ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED BAPE Edition Bundle Giveaway (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice , and ASUS Privacy Policy , constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
2. The Promotion commences on 20 th April 2023 and terminates on 30 th July 2023 (GMT+8)("Promotion Period") and hosts globally (“Promotion Territory”).
3. Entry Requirements
   1. Eligible Entrant
      1. Residents of Promotion Territory who are at least 20 years old and considered a competent adult by the laws of his/her resident country (“Valid Entrant”).
      2. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.
      3. ASUS reserves the right to take all reasonable action to protect against fraud or other illegal conduct, including, without limitation, verifying proof of participation, age and identity.
   2. Entry Requirement

      Valid Entrant needs to sign up successfully as ASUS member via the signup button on https://www.asus.com/event/vivobook-bape/sg and log in successfully to the ASUS account.

   3. Prize
      1. There will be one (1) Prize winner in total. The winner will be selected by ASUS through a lucky draw.
      2. ASUS maintains the rights to select the final winner in whatever means appropriate on its own discretion or change the rules regarding the Promotion.
      3. Prize winner of the Promotion will receive one (1) set of ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED BAPE Edition Bundle (equivalent to approximately US $1,099) (“Prize”).
      4. Prize winner will be notified via email in 2 weeks after the end of the Promotional Period (i.e. in the Week commencing on 13/08/2023 GMT+8).
   4. Requirements for Prize Claiming
      1. ASUS reserves the right to select a new winner if no reply is received within 72 hours after the notification email or message is sent to the email left by Valid Entrant when signing up as ASUS member.
      2. The winner is required to provide his/her full name, physical address, and phone number in the reply to prize notification in order to receive the Prize (these data will only be used as a means to deliver the Prize to the Prize winner). The winner guarantees that all information provided is accurate and truthful. ASUS reserves the right to reject winning claims with incomplete or incorrect information.
      3. The winner has the choice to reject the Prize if she/he does not want to provide the required information.
      4. Any failure of a winner to make his/her contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver to his/her right to claim the Prize, and ASUS has in its sole discretion, the right to conduct a reselection to decide a substitute.
      5. The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s designated address within two (2) months after receipt of the winner’s reply. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
      6. There is no cash alternative, any cashing request will be rejected, and the Prize is non-transferable.
      7. ASUS retains the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of an equal or greater value in the event the original Prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond ASUS reasonable control.
4. Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASUS and its affiliates accept no liability for any damage, loss, liability, injury, cost or expense incurred or suffered by any participants in connection with the Promotion (whether or not arising from any person's negligence), provided that the above shall not exclude the liability of ASUS or its affiliates for any such liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (including death or personal injury as a result of negligence), where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by applicable law.

5. Other Provisions
   1. ASUS reserves the right to suspend or amend this Promotion if such suspension or amendment is unavoidable upon ASUS’ reasonable discretion.
   2. Prize winner shall disclose its connection with ASUS (for example, by stating “sponsored post by ASUS” or “promoted post by ASUS”) in its reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings or other self-generated contents on social medias of ASUS or any third parties when using the Prize won in this Promotion.
