Giveaway Event Terms and Conditions

This Giveaway Event – 2023 ASUS Thincredible Launch Event Social Online Giveaway (“Giveaway Event”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

  1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Giveaway Event, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Giveaway Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Your participation in this Giveaway Event is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You shall be bound by any such revisions.
  2. The Giveaway Event commences on April 21st, 2023 00:00 AM (UTC-7) and terminates on April 21st, 2023 00:30 AM (UTC-7) ("Giveaway Period") and is hosted globally, excluding Russia and Italy (“Giveaway Territory”).
  3. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, those who are involved in the Giveaway Event, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Giveaway Event.
  4. People who live in Giveaway Territory and would like to participate in this Giveaway Event during the Giveaway Period acknowledge and agree as follows:
    1. Eligible Entrant- Shall be at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
  5. Giveaway Event details:
    1. Actions Required: Eligible Entrant will need to complete the below actions to be qualified to join the lucky draw and earn the Prize (as defined below)-
      Logging in YouTube, joining the livestream on ASUS YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/ASUS), and answering the questions display in the YouTube livestream with the correct answer and required hashtag under the post (each, a “Valid Entry”).
    2. There will be twenty (20) Prize winners randomly selected from all Valid Entries received for the Giveaway Event on ASUS YouTube channel designated above. ASUS will announce on its ASUS Global Instagram, ASUS Global Facebook, ASUS Global YouTube, and ASUS Global Twitter page within twenty (20) days after the end of the Giveaway Period (“Announcement Date”).
    3. Each Prize winner will receive a Prize with a value around 50 USD Retail Price (“Prize”), and an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time with one set of YouTube ID.
    4. Each Prize winner will be asked to provide his/her full name, email and physical address, and phone number (this data will only be used as a means to deliver the Prize to the Prize winners) within 1 week after the Announcement Date. The Prize winner should guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Any failure of a Prize winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.
    5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway Event. A purchase will not improve any Eligible Entrant’s chances of winning.
    6. NO WARRANTIES. Prize winner(s) understands and agrees that the Prize is being provided “AS-IS,” and ASUS makes no warranties covering any of the Prizes furnished as part of this Giveaway Event. ASUS’ obligation to award the Prize to the Prize winner is deemed completed after the Prize is being sent with information provided by Prize winner.
    7. A cash payment of the Prize is excluded.
  6. For any reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings about your user-generated content or using experience of ASUS products/ services on ASUS or on 3rd party platforms, you should disclose material connections between ASUS and you in such reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings (for example, by stating “sponsored post by ASUS” or “promoted post by ASUS” in your reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings).
  7. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with YouTube (“Social Media”). You agree to grant the foregoing Social Media a complete release regarding this Giveaway Event. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and Personal Information to ASUS and not to YouTube; and such comments and Personal Information will only be used for this Giveaway Event.
  8. Should you have other inquiries about this Promotion, please contact global_socialmedia@asus.com.

You agree to provide your social media account name and your comments to ASUS to join you in this event and contact you. If you are the winner, you agree to provide ASUS your full name, email, phone number, delivery address and social media account name by sending email to global_socialmedia@asus.com (these data will only be used as a means to deliver the prize to the winners). You must guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. By participating, you agree to the ASUS privacy policy.
