Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

The promotion – ASUS Dying Light 2 game bundle (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc.(“ASUS”).

Detailed information with respect to how to join and receive game codes (including ASUS Dying Light 2 Coupon Code (“ASUS Coupon Code”) and Steam Game Key) in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of the Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You shall be bound by any such revisions.

  1. The Promotion of ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 (The Laptops) commences on June 22nd, 2020 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and terminates on February 28th, 2021 at 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion Period”). The redemption period to claim ASUS Coupon Codes starts on June 22nd 00:00 (GMT+8), 2020 and will end on March 10th 23:59 (GMT+8), 2021 or while supplies last. The redemption period to claim the received Steam Game Key on www.gamesplanet.com/ROGxDL2 will end on April 10th 23:59 (GMT+8), 2021.
  2. The Promotion of the remaining products commences on July 1st, 2020 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and terminates on August 31st, 2020 at 23:59 (GMT+8) (“2nd Promotion Period”). The redemption period to claim ASUS Coupon Code starts on July 15th 00:00 (GMT+8), 2020 and will end on September 14th 23:59 (GMT+8), 2020. The redemption period to use this ASUS Coupon Code to claim the Steam Game Key on www.gamesplanet.com/ROGxDL2 will end on September 14th 23:59 (GMT+8).
  3. The Promotion of The Laptops will only take place in areas included in the Promotion Territory. The Promotion Territory is defined as all countries with the exception of China and U.S. trade embargo countries.
  4. The Promotion of the remaining products will only take place within Europe, the Middle East and Africa (“2nd Promotion Territory”)
  5. Those who would like to participate in the Promotion of The Laptops and the remaining products during the Promotion Period and 2nd Promotion Period (“You”) acknowledge the followings:
    1. You shall be considered as an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
    2. The Promotion of The Laptops applies to the purchase of Eligible ASUS Product**.
    3. Purchases from participating dealers within the Promotion Territory and the 2nd Promotion Territory are allowed to claim.
    4. The Invoice/receipt must state the date of purchase and a valid billing address and must correspond to local legal requirements.
    5. You are allowed to claim one (1) Eligible ASUS Product bundle per Promotion.
    6. Purchase of Eligible ASUS Products and corresponding claims must be made in your country of residence only from participating dealers
    7. This Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion.
  6. For the Promotion of The Laptops, You must follow the below steps within ROG Armoury Crate for game codes redemption*:
    1. Purchase an Eligible ASUS Product during Promotion Period from a participating dealer in the Promotion Territory.
    2. You will receive auto-push notification* OR click to enter the event within Armoury Crate software directly.
    3. Follow through the instruction** on the Armoury Crate software which pre-installed on the Eligible ASUS Product and get ASUS Coupon Code via email.
    4. The ASUS will email your ASUS Coupon Codes and redemption instructions within 20 working days, once your eligibility has been confirmed.
    5. Redeem your ASUS Coupon Code via www.gamesplanet.com/ROGxDL2 to receive your Steam Game Key.

    * Customer must agree on Privacy Policy to allow Armoury Crate software auto-detecting eligible promotion event.

    ** The ASUS Coupon Code verification process is part of the auto-check procedure on the Armoury Crate software preinstalled on your new purchased Laptop device. No additional ASUS Coupon Code will be provided by retail dealers. Please follow the instructions shown on the devices to complete the redemption.   7. For the Promotion of the remaining products, You must follow the following steps for the game code redemption:
    1. Purchase an Eligible Product shown on the campaign page during the 2nd Promotion Period from a participating dealer in the 2nd Promotion Territory.
    2. Follow the instruction shown on the campaign page to get the ASUS Coupon Code via email.
    3. ASUS will email your ASUS Coupon Codes within 20 working days, once your eligibility has been confirmed.
    4. Redeem your ASUS Coupon Code via www.gamesplanet.com/ROGxDL2 to receive your Steam Game Key.
  8. ASUS reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and Promotion details without prior notice.
  9. Corporate/Commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this Promotion
  10. The ASUS Coupon Codes are not for sale or transfer; any cheating or hacking behavior will be deemed a waiver of the right of getting the Steam Game Key. The Steam Game Key will only be available on the release date, however, to activate the key on Steam will depending on Dying Light 2 release date, further announced by Techland. Use of the game is subject to acceptance of the end user license agreement provided by Techland. You acknowledge that any issues about the game or end user license agreement should only exist between You and Techland. ASUS is not responsible for any issues about the game or end user license agreement provided by Techland.
  11. You must behave in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and must not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Your qualification at any time during or after the Promotion Period. We also reserve the right to disqualify You from this Promotion including the game codes qualification if the Terms and Conditions are not followed or constitutes any misconduct for tampering, or suspicion of tampering, with the Promotion without any notice. Failure of ASUS to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  12. In case you return your Eligible ASUS Product, the Promotion claim will be cancelled. Already claimed ASUS Coupon Codes have to be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional $75.00 handling fee. Next to this, ASUS will take legal steps against fraudulent or abusive attempts.
