  • 1. How to redeem Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay Key?

    - Please visit the ASUS US/Canada redemption website www.asus.com/event/2017/rog/assassins-creed-origins/emea
    - Click on “GET YOUR FREE GAME NOW!”
    - Please follow the redemption process and the system will then send your Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key to the email address you entered in STEP 2.

    If you are from Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), France, Germany, Nordic (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) please redeem at www.promotion.asus.com/ACO

    If you are from Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Baltics region, please redeem at http://www.asusfan.ru/

  • 2. What is ASUS CODE and where can I get the ASUS CODE?

    - ASUS CODE is the code delivered by the eligible stores and will be used to redeem Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key via the redemption site www.asus.com/event/2017/rog/assassins-creed-origins/emea
    - You will be given an ASUS CODE when you buy eligible products from eligible stores.

    If you can’t find or didn’t receive your ASUS CODE, please contact the retailer where you purchased the item. If there is no support from the retailer, then please contact your local ASUS representative and provide the following information:

    3. Model Name and SN number of product purchased
    4. Attach a scanned copy of your receipt/invoice

    Promotion starts from 2017/10/6, 3:00 AM Central European Time (“CET”) – 2017/12/31, 11:59 PM CET, or while stocks last.
    For purchases made in EMEA, You will receive an ASUS CODE during this promotion period from eligible stores when purchase an eligible product.

  • 4. When can I start to use ASUS CODE to redeem Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay keys on ASUS redemption site?

    You will be able to use the ASUS CODE on ASUS redemption site when the redemption process starts on 2017/10/27, 3:00 AM CET – 2018/1/23 or supplies last

  • 5. I’ve got my Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay Key, what should I do next to install the game?

    1. Launch Uplay PC, or download it from https://uplay.ubi.com
    2. Login to your Uplay account, or create a new one if you do not have one
    3. Click the menu in the top left corner of the application
    4. Click “Activate a key”
    5. Enter your activation key in the input field ensuring you follow the instructions outlined on the page
    6. Your game will be accessible in your GAMES library, where you can download, patch and launch it
    7. The approximate size of the Download game file is 40 GB

  • 6. Until when can I redeem my Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key to my Uplay account?

  • 8. I received the error message “Incorrect ASUS code entered…”. What could be the problem?

    Please re-enter your ASUS CODE and ensure the following:
    - The ASUS CODE consists of capitalized letters and numbers
    - The ASUS CODE does not contain lowercase letters.
    - The ASUS CODE does not contain the letters O and numbers 0

  • 9. I received the error message “Incorrect serial number entered…”. What could be the problem?

    Please double check the serial number on your product packaging box or visit http://www.asus.com/support/Article/566/ for details.

    If you still have problems, please contact your local ASUS representative and provide the following information:

  • 10. Didn’t receive e-mail containing Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key from ASUS?

    - Please check your email again. Your game key should be delivered to the email address you provided during STEP 2 of the redemption process.
    - Alternatively, you can visit ASUS US/Canada redemption website, click “Check your redemption status”, and enter ASUS CODE. If you had successfully completed redemption process your Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key will be shown here as well. If not, please try to complete the process again.

    This promotion ASUS “Join the Brotherhood: Buy ROG Gaming Gear. Get Assassin’s Creed© Origins Free” (“Promotion“) will be executed by ASUS Global Pte. Ltd. (“ASUS“) and eligible Partners. The customers accept the following terms and conditions (“T&Cs“) by their participation.

  • 1. Legal conditions

    This information about refund and participation, combined with the ASUS Terms of Use Notice and the ASUS Privacy Policy are the basis of these T&Cs.

    By participating in the Promotion, the customer agrees on these T&Cs. ASUS is allowed to change these T&C at any time after proper communication and announcement. Participants are obliged to accept these changes.

  • 2. Promotion period and setting

    The promotion period begins at 3:00 AM Central European Time (“CET”) on October 6th, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM CET on December 31st, 2017 (“invoice date”). Purchase made within the promotion period will get an ASUS code from eligible stores.

    A valid ASUS code must be submitted on ASUS EMEA redemption site to receive an Assassin’s Creed Origins© Uplay key between 3:00 AM CET on October 27th, 2017 and 11:59 PM CET on January 23rd, 2018, or while stock lasts, whichever occurs first (“Redemption Period”).

    The Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key redemption on Uplay PC Client is open from 3:00 AM CET October 27th to 11:59 PM CET on March 31st 2018 (“Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key Redemption Period”).

  • 3. Right to participate

    ASUS-employees, employees from ASUS affiliate and/or partner or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Dealers and distributors are not allowed to claim on behalf of their customers.

    Participants need to be residents of a country in the Promotion area.

  • 4. Subject and rules of participation

    The participant will entitle to receive a digital Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key.

    The participant needs to buy valid promotional products within the promotion period in the Promotion area. Then he will be able to get his ASUS code.

    The participant needs to redeem his ASUS code to get the Uplay key from 3:00 AM CET October 27th to 11:59 PM CET on January 23th 2018 via the ASUS EMEA redemption site, set here: www.asus.com/event/2017/rog/assassins-creed-origins/emea

    The participant needs to provide his personal information, information about the purchased products, including Serial number and e-mail address.

    The digital Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key* will be sent via email, after the claim is approved.

    Instruction to redeem Assassin’s Creed© Origins on Uplay PC client:

    1. Launch Uplay PC, or download it from https://uplay.ubi.com
    2. Login to your Uplay account, or create a new one if you do not have one
    3. Click the menu in the top left corner of the application
    4. Click “Activate a key”
    5. Enter your activation key in the input field ensuring you follow the instructions outlined on the page
    6. Your game will be accessible in your GAMES library, where you can download, patch and launch it

    ASUS is only obliged to send this Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key one time. If the Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key cannot be sent, ASUS is not obliged to try it a second time.

    The participant has to purchase from a participating dealer in his residential country.

    The Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion.

  • 5. Promotional products

    It is necessary to buy one of or a bundle of new, original ASUS products, set on the “eligible products list“.

    Every participant is only allowed to claim one time for one eligible product.

    If the participant returns his promotional product, the Assassin’s Creed© Origins key will be cancelled. Already paid-out (send) claims (codes/keys) have to be refunded to ASUS.

    ASUS reserves the right to charge the participant up to €59.99 for each Assassin’s Creed© Origins Uplay key if he returns the product(s).

  • 6. Redemption

    Upon successful validation, the participant receives a confirmation email with his Uplay key.

    The validation process can take up to 10 working days.

    If the participant does not receive a confirmation email or his Uplay key within 10 working days after registration and ASUS Code submission, he may get in touch with the support team via.

  • 7. Early termination

    ASUS has the right to end or pause the Promotion at any time, after proper communication and announcement, if there happen to be malfunctions, disruptions, frauds, viruses or similar incidents and if administration, security, fairness, integrity or the procedure of the Promotion are affected.

    There are no options of claims or demands following the early termination.

  • 8. Data privacy

    The Participants agree for ASUS to keep their personal data such as names, addresses, and etc. during the promotional period and under the ASUS Privacy Policy (http://www.asus.com/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy).

    This data will be held in strict confidence and won’t be disclosed to others.

  • 9. Approval

    By sending the submission form the participant approves that he has read and accepted the T&Cs. ASUS has the right to change the T&Cs at any time. If the participant does not agree with the changes, he may cancel his claim by sending an email to info@asus-promotion.com.

    Recourse to the courts is not permitted.
