The Cloud Recovery function allows you to restore your computer's operating system in just a few steps without installing drivers.
Restore your system through internet connection and install the latest drivers and software.

Getting Started:
Check system requirements: Please query compatibility with the Serial Number (SN). (How to find the SN) or check the supported devices list.
Internet connection: Ensure internet connectivity is stable to avoid any process failures due to network issues.
Charger: Charge the device to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the process.
Prepare an external storage device for backup purposes.
You can access the Cloud Recovery interface using two methods:
MyASUS in WinRE and "MyASUS in UEFI BIOS."
If you are unable to access the operating system, it is recommended to use "MyASUS in UEFI BIOS" to recover the Windows operating system.

Follow the provided instructions to initiate the Cloud recovery process:
Please note that the recovery process may take approximately 1-3 hours, depends on your network quality.
After Cloud Recovery process completes, your computer will restore to its factory state and will return to its original settings and configuration.
