[ZenEar BT] What should I do when my ZenEar BT does not charge?

1. Ensure the ZenEar BT case is charged by connecting it to a power source. Use or replace another ASUS USB cable and adapter to charge and check again.

2. Check to see if the charging indicator shines blue for 10 seconds after inserting the earbuds into the case.
    If there is NO power signal, please send your device to Repair Center for examination,and please be aware to attach the USB cable and charger for our examination as well.
    If power indicator is ON, please take out the earphones and put the earphones into charging case again and check.

3. If your ZenEar BT still doesn't work functionally by following the above troubleshooting, please send your ZenEar BT earphones, Charging case back to Repair Center for further examination, and please be aware to attach the USB cable and charger for our examination as well. Contact Us at https://www.asus.com/support/CallUs
