[Phone/Pad] Troubleshooting for abnormal working in 3rd party applications downloaded by users
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Update the app:In Play Store, tap the " Personal icon " on the upper right corner > Choose " Manage apps & devices " > and tap " UPDATE ALL "
2. Clear App Cache : Tap " Settings " > " Apps & notifications" > "See all apps" > Find and click the application that you want to clear up > "Storage & cache" > Click " Clear cache "
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app:Tap " Settings " > " Apps & notifications" > "See all apps" > Find and click the application that you want to uninstall > Click " Uninstall ". Then , re-download the app from Google Play Store.
4. Check for firmware updates:In " Settings " -> " System " -> " System update " > Tap " Check Update "
5. If the problem cannot be solved , it might be caused by abnormal working in application. We suggest you issue the feedback to the application vendors in Google play for further solution.
