The Hydro Overclocking System provides liquid-cooling for the CPU while dedicated air channels draw air into the chassis to cool the graphics card. In addition, the power supply unit — situated in the bottom corner of the chassis — also has its own isolated airflow design for cooling.

The Hydro Overclocking System provides exceptional cooling, and is paired with an integrated pump and copper cold plate, as well as a 120mm aluminum heat exchanger.

ROG engineers went with a liquid-cooling solution because water is an effective thermal conductor that's much more effective than copper heat pipes.

Dedicated GPU air channel

The dedicated air channel and system fans drive air directly to the GPU to significantly lower its temperature by 33%.

Dedicated airflow to the PSU

ROG GT51 has its power supply unit situated at the bottom corner of the chassis, and that has its own isolated airflow design to help with cooling. Together, all of ROG GT51's cooling features reduce internal temperatures by up to 31%.
