The precise CNC machining process also allows the laptop to be fitted with a 40% larger, precise touchpad with a 16:10 ratio and long click travel, making it a pleasure to use.

Inside this ultracompact, lightweight chassis is the latest powerful CPU from AMD — the AMD Ryzen™ Strix Point series Ryzen™ R9 CPU with a dedicated AI processor (CPU) and integrated AMD Radeon™ graphics. The CPU in the ASUS Zenbook S 16 features dedicated AI processing cores, aka a neural processing unit (NPU). This means that the laptop is well-prepared to handle AI work, such as taking advantage of the Microsoft Copilot AI assistant, utilizing generative AI apps and functionalities, or performing more complex AI tasks that utilize machine learning and predictive analytics.
