SIGGRAPH 2022 ProArt Instagram LIVE Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Giveaway, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Giveaway Event Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

2. The Giveaway commences on 2022/08/09 00:00 AM (GMT+8) and terminates on 2022/08/19 23:59 PM (GMT+8) (“Giveaway Period”) and hosts globally, excluding Russia, Italy, Quebec (Canada), Rhode Island (USA), New York (USA), Florida (USA). (“Giveaway Territory”).

3. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Giveaway, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Giveaway.

4. People who live in Giveaway Territory and would like to participate in this Giveaway during the Giveaway Period acknowledge as follows:

A. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in. Exceptions would be unlawful. Therefore, we reserve the right to check the age before sending the prize.

B. For those who are eligible, you will need to;

I. Follow ASUS ProArt Instagram Account (https://www.instagram.com/proart/) (“ProArt Instagram”)

II. Watch one of the ProArt Instagram Live from SIGGRAPH 2022 (Totally four ProArt Instagram live streaming would be hosted every 11:00 A.M. from 2022/08/08 to 2022 08/11. (Vancouver Time)

III. After the ProArt Instagram Live video is published as a video post on the ProArt Instagram feed, “Like” the video post, “Tag” one of your friend’s Instagram account in the comment under that video post.

IV. Leave the answer of to everyday live streaming giveaway quiz.

C. The Prize winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received for the Promotion on ProArt Instagram with the correct answer of everyday live streaming giveaway quiz, the tag of one of their friend’s Instagram account, also the following of ProArt Instagram, and be subsequently informed within one (1) week after the end of the Giveaway Period (“Drawing Date”) by announcing on the ASUS Facebook/Instagram/Twitter Page (Global).

D. There will be sixteen (16) Prize winners selected in total. Sixteen prizes includes:

E. Prize winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information within 1 week after the winners announcement date. Any failure of a Prize winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.

F. Prize winners will need to further provide ASUS with personal information, such as their contact email, ASUS may share the above information to Reallusion Inc. (“Reallusion”) to contact you for redeeming the prize. Prize winners should guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. To Redeem the Prize, Prize winners may also be required by Reallusion to register as Reallusion’s member and follow Reallusion’s redemption process. Shoud prize winners have any inquiries about prize redemption process or how Reallusion processes your data, please contact Reallusion.

G. You acknowledge that an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time.

H. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway. A purchase will not improve Entrant’s chances of winning.

I. A cash payment of the prize is excluded.

J. For any reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings about Entrant’s user-generated content or using experience of ASUS products/ services on ASUS or on 3rd party platforms, Entrant should disclose material connections between Entrant and ASUS in such reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings (for example, by stating “sponsored post by ASUS” or “promoted post by ASUS” in Entrant’s reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings).
