Centre e-kip: Our center was established to support students with learning difficulties, such as challenges in reading, writing, or organization. We utilize electronic devices, like computers, to help these students succeed in their studies through tailored methods.

Prodimex: Asus has a strong identity on the global market. It's a well-known and recognized brand, particularly in hardware, laptops, and other peripherals. We've been selling consumer laptops and products for gamers since 2006 and have gradually built up a strong relationship with Asus. Centre e-kip: We are very careful when selecting new devices for our students. The devices must be lightweight, appropriately sized, and robust. The ASUS BR Series meets our criteria well, featuring a large screen that our students find easy to work with. We especially appreciate the rubberized chassis, which enhances durability compared to other brands. Our specialized software is compatible with ASUS devices, and we found the pricing fair and reasonable.

Prodimex: Our customer "Centre e-kip", a training center that implements IT tools for students and adults with disorders or disabilities, was looking for robust, high-performance touchscreen computers. For instance, one student who struggles with writing and letter formation has made significant progress using the tactile keyboard and integrated touchscreen.

Prodimex: We are historical partners of the brand. We're in daily contact with the B2B team, especially Pierre-Marie, who works hard to find solutions for us. It's a healthy, reciprocal partnership. With Asus there are no problems, only solutions. The after-sales team is responsive and efficient. It's also because we have complete confidence in the brand that we've decided to extend our partnership to include repairs. For several months now, we officially offer repair services for Asus devices.

For Centre e-kip: How has your experience been with the customer support provided by Prodimex and ASUS? Have there been any notable instances of exceptional service?

Centre e-kip: We have a strong relationship with our supplier, Prodimex, with regular exchanges of ideas and shared values, fostering a trustworthy partnership. Our relationship with ASUS is new, but we are optimistic about its potential and look forward to building a meaningful partnership. Communication, value for money, and chassis durability are crucial for us, and ASUS has proven to be a reliable partner in all these aspects. Prodimex: We're just finishing setting up our partnership as a repair center. This long-standing project is now up and running. For the near future, we want to continue to make progress in the education segment. Schools should really get into the habit of checking out our products and prices, which are really advantageous. Today, Asus makes it possible for everyone to have a product that is stylish, lightweight, robust and high-performance, while remaining very accessible even for the most demanding budgets.

Centre e-kip: We are in the early stages of our partnership and are very satisfied with the devices. We anticipate this partnership will grow and develop further. ASUS has designed excellent devices for the education sector, and we are delighted to have such a partner working with us directly in our centre, which is not typically the case.
