Server Mainboards und Server Barebone verwenden folgende TPM-Module

Vor der Intel Ice-lake Plattform (3rd Scaleable Gen / E10) und AMD Milan Plattform (E11) wurde das TPM-M (TPM LPC) verwendet.

Das TPM-SPI wurde mit der Intel Ice-lake / RocketLake Plattform und AMD Milan-Plattform eingeführt.

TPM-M (TPM LPC) und TPM-SPI sind untereinander nicht kompatibel, die Anschlüsse sehen wie folgt aus.
