Six N. Five ist ein zeitgenössisches Designstudio mit Sitz in Spanien, das vom argentinischen Designer und Digitalkünstler Ezequiel Pini gegründet wurde. Zu ihren jüngsten Projekten gehören die Gestaltung des Windows 11-Hintergrundbildes für Microsoft, das Reiseszenen-Video für Rimowa sowie Bilder und Videos für die The Pocket Bag von Burberry. A new medium of artistic expression
Six N. Five is a contemporary art label established in Barcelona, Spain, that specializes in 3D art, both still images and videos. “Since 2014 we’ve specialized in creating digital and real worlds with a clean, modern aesthetic, with the goal of legitimizing CGI as a new medium of artistic expression.” said Ezequiel Pini, the Argentinian-born founder of Six N. Five. “The creation of the wallpaper for Windows 11 is one of our greatest achievements. Having to create an image that will be seen every day by billions of people worldwide is something we never thought possible. It's a true honor.”
Versatile and powerful
“What we love about the ProArt lineup is that it is designed for all types of creatives,“ explains Ezequiel. ”We are always on the lookout for screens that are sharp and can deliver good color quality, or workstations that are powerful enough for our heavy workflows when working with CGI in Windows.” He says that the ProArt lineup is versatile enough to provide solutions for all their needs in the creative field, and their favorite product is the ProArt Studiobook 16, thanks to its clean design, excellent screen and superb performance. “It's powerful enough to manage 3D renders, it's silent, and it allows us to be mobile even while it's working on heavy scenes. That's something we couldn’t do before.” Color accuracy is vital when they create renders. “With the color accuracy on the ProArt Display PA329CV, that becomes a much easier task for us. We get exactly the colors our clients require.”
Evolving the creative spark
“Being a creator is a very interesting concept, and I would say I have identified as one in the last four years. Previously, I felt that we represented other people's ideas, but our evolution positioned us to be creators ourselves, and so to enjoy our profession even more,” said Ezequiel. “Sometimes, we can even inspire and be recognized as creators. The most important reasons for this are our identity, our authenticity, and our independence.”
Never give up
For aspiring creators, Ezequiel has plenty of sage advice. “There is nothing that hard and consistent work with discipline cannot achieve. It's very easy to feel like giving up, or just go back to your comfort zone, but effort and discipline will help you achieve any goal.”
