Utility Release note:
1. Add Simplified Chinese language support.
2. Add function: connect to web configuration in EA mode.
3. Enlarge the restart polling timeout. In EA mode: 30 seconds. In AP mode: DHCP client: 60 seconds, Fixed IP address: 24 seconds.
4. Extend the site survey timeout from 3 seconds to 12 seconds. If all the site survey results has been received, stop the site survey timeout. (due to firmware change the site survey method. Fix bug, the site survey result is not updated in Wireless Settings utility)
5. If proxy is enabled and IP address of our device is not included in the exception list, only add IP address of our device to the exception list. (Ex: add 192.168.39.123, instead of 192.168.39.*)
6. When no devices found, check whether network is disconnected or PC cannot get IP address from DHCP server. Give user a warning message in these cases.
7. Save password in registry, according to different MAC address.
