[ASUS VivoWatch] PTT index measurement
Q1: I tried many times but it can't successfully measure.
A1:
(1) Confirm whether you have updated to the latest firmware version.
(2) Confirm whether the personal information is correctly set.
(3) Confirm that the watch is not used by others.
(4) Some users may have the problem that the index finger is too dry. At this time, you can try to put the middle finger or ring finger on the optical sensor, and it might improve.
(5) Wear your watch in a way without being uncomfortable (the index finger can be normally placed in the gap between the strap and the wrist), which also helps to improve the accuracy of measurement.
Q2: How to adjust the pressure of the finger press while measuring the PTT Index?
A2: You can follow the signal grids on the watch to adjust the position and the pressure. When the number of signal grids is small, it means that the pressure is too hard. You need to place your finger gently on the electrode and cover the PPG sensor in order to get a better signal.
Q3: Why can't I get the measurements?
A3:
(1) ECG (electricalgraphy) sensor may not be easily measured if the fingers are too dry. At this time, increasing the touch sensitivity of the watch will also help improve the success rate of the measurement.
(2) Confirm with the dealer or customer service center whether the watch is damaged.
