[Phone] How to fix the OTG function issues

If your ASUS phone cannot use the OTG (On-The-Go) function properly, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

 

1.Check device connection:

Confirm that the USB device you want to connect (such as a USB flash drive, keyboard, mouse, etc.) is functioning properly and can be connected to other devices (such as a computer).


2.Restart your phone:

Restarting your phone can sometimes resolve temporary system issues.


3.Update system software:

Ensure that your phone is running the latest version of the system software. You can check and install available updates by going to: Settings > System > System update.


4.Reset your phone:

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may consider restoring your phone to factory settings. Note that this will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up important data first.
