Terms and conditions

The “Accidental Damage Package for Free” promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by ASUS.

The detailed information about how to take part in the Promotion and get a premium warranty, together with the ASUS Terms of Use and the ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may change the Terms and Conditions and other rules set by ASUS at any time, and each Participant (as defined below) agrees to be bound by such changes.
The Promotion starts on November 20, 2024 (“Start Date”) and is carried out in the territory of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia (“Eligible Regions”).
The Promotion is open to any person aged 18 years and considered to be of legal age in his/her country of residence.
The Promotion covers ASUS laptops (including the Republic of Gamers and TUF series) purchased in the Eligible Regions after September 1, 2024, except for the P, B, BR and CX series (“Eligible Product”).
To take part in the Promotion, you need to:
1. Register and/or log into your ASUS account on the Promotion site.
2. Register an Eligible product (purchased in the Eligible Regions after September 1, 2024) on the Promotion site in the period of November 20 through December 31, 2024, and provide a copy of the receipt.
ASUS reserves the right to verify each application and the Participant’s identity and, at its sole discretion, to deny entry and the warranty expansion.
An application may take up to 30 business days to be processed. If you encounter any problems, please contact the ASUS support service.
