ExpertBook laptops for Jule Serviss SIA (Technologies for home) in Latvia

Company JULE Serviss SIA, a company specializing in thermography services and equipment rental, purchased laptops Expertbook B5 for the daily work of employees.

Challenges

The conditions in which we need to use laptops are not always ideal, so the risk that something can happen to the equipment is quite high in our case, M. Lapins does not hide, pointing out that it is for such a reason that they have purchased computers from the Taiwanese manufacturer ASUS ExpertBooks, which are used in everyday life not only in the office, but also in the car and objects.

Outcome

The fact that ASUS provides a three-year warranty on its computers also for legal entities was one of the decisive factors in our case, says Māris Lapiņš, head of SIA JULE Serviss. Taking into account the additional warranty and premium service support, the head of SIA JULE Serviss notes that it played a significant role in the choice of the manufacturer, who has not yet used these opportunities, because the equipment works well.

M.Lapiņš also appreciates the functionality and modern appearance of the ExpertBook series computers. “I wanted my computer to be light because I move a lot every day and it's always with me. It was important for me that the equipment was compact, but at the same time also with a normal-sized screen and keyboard - so that I can use it both in the office and in the car.

ASUS also offers many other features that were definitely not available to my old computer,” admits M.Lapiņš, emphasizing that if he needed to buy another computer, he would definitely choose ASUS again.

“It feels like ASUS is going to be who I'm going to be friends with in the future. I see that they are working on brand development and thinking about both customer service and the design and technical specifications of their devices. This is important for me, as an entrepreneur, for whom the computer is a very important tool in everyday life,” the head of SIA JULE Serviss.
