Built around a slab uncommon PLS technology, the PB278Q is the first of ASUS 27'' 2560x1440. This is one of the cheapest in its class but it does not make much compromise.
A little more affordable, PB278Q ASUS offers a wide work space and good ergonomics. The definition of the IPS and the presence speakers are not negligible.
An excelent display with usefull extras for a reasonable price.
