ASUS does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this Product. The warranty only covers technical hardware issues during the Warranty Period and in normal use conditions. It applies to firmware issues but not to any other software issues or customer induced damages or circumstances such as but not limited to:

If damage is caused by the following scenarios (including but not limited to), your device will not be applicable for ASUS warranty service.

Outer Surface (Case) - Damage

Scratches on outer surface.

Cracks or breakage on the outer surface.

 

Surface - Parts missing 

Device is disassembled and parts are missing, such as missing screws or missing foot pad.

Antenna brokenAntenna damage or inability to properly install the antenna due to self-disassembly or assembly.

  

Adapter damage

Separation or deformation of the adapter casing.

Damage or breakage to the adapter cables.


Deformation, damage, or oxidation to the adapter connectors.

 

I/O port damage

Broken or bent pins on I/O ports.
  
Breakage or detachment of the plastic flaps (tongue parts) on I/O ports.
