What is the ASUS GreenCycle Program?

ASUS GreenCycle is a service designed to help businesses and individuals responsibly dispose of out-of-warranty (OOW) and conditionally customer-induced damage (CID) ASUS devices. By recycling and reusing components, ASUS GreenCycle contributes to a sustainable circular economy.

How can I determine if I qualify for the ASUS GreenCycle Program?

If your laptop is affected by an out-of-warranty warranty and damage caused by customer error, the Service Centre will notify you in advance.

  1. Confirm your qualification with the Service Centre.
  2. Receive a notification once you're qualified.
  3. Agree to have ASUS recycle the part for repair.
  4. Enjoy your discount.
  5. Solve your problem!

Warranty Policy: ASUS provides a 3-month commercial warranty for the replaced part.
