[Phone/Pad] No voice comes out when music or video is playing

Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting：

1. Make sure the volume setting for Media volume is not mute from Settings > Sound & vibration＞Media volume.

2. Make sure the volume setting in the app,which is playing music or videos is Not mute

3. Play other music file with the same app to test whether the problem still exists.

4. Play the same music file with other apps to test whether the problem still exists.

5. Update firmware to the latest version：Settings > System > System updates > Check now

6. Access to Safe Mode (Long press power key> tap and hold Power Off >OK)：If your device works well in safe mode,malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check again if it works well.

7. Backup your data and perform factory data reset.

8. If you've tried the above steps and your issue cannot be solved, please contact ASUS Customer Center for assistance and send your device back to us for further check-up
