Voted the no.1 sports bar in Monterey, California, the Knuckles Sports Bar at the Hyatt Hotel used to have complicated audio/visual systems that managed 11 video sources to 23 HDTVs. However, this proprietary system was also very costly to maintain and cumbersome to operate. It featured countless remote controls, wires, boxes, and the staff ended up spending a huge amount of time grappling with the technical issues such a complex system introduced, instead of serving customers.

To solve this problem, DOT UI, a software company, designed a new media management system for Knuckles Sports Bar centered on the ASUS All-in-One PC ET2010PNT. Mounted behind the bar, the All-in-One PC helps conserve space and reduce clutter, yet allows bartenders to easily manage customers' programming requests: its 20” touchscreen supports easy operation at a touch or the use of gestures, while the built-in webcam also allows DOT UI to provide better remote technical support where necessary. In all, the All-in-One PC presents not only an attractive, easy to use platform, it is also extremely cost effective.
