ASUS Announces ProArt Projector A1
TAIPEI, Taiwan, August 17, 2021 —AASUS today announced ProArt™ Projector A1, the world’s first Calman Verified projector. Designed for creative professionals, it's factory pre-calibrated to Delta E 2 color accuracy and has a wide color gamut that covers 98% of the sRGB and Rec. 709 color spaces. Its 3000-lumen LED light source enables bright FHD projections and has a 30,000-hour lifespan.
Exceptional color accuracy
ProArt Projector A1 is designed specifically for creative professionals who rely on color-accurate projectors to ensure that their creations look exactly as intended, making it perfect for art studios, galleries or museums. This Calman Verified projector is factory pre-calibrated to Delta E 2 color accuracy and includes a color calibration test report. ProArt Projector A1 has a wide color gamut, covering 98% of the sRGB and Rec. 709 color spaces for rich, vivid projections with lifelike detail.
ASUS ProArt Preset allows for easy color management, enabling users to switch between color modes to suit various content types. Included ASUS ProArt Palette offers an intuitive interface where users can customize a wide range of color parameters, including hue, temperature and gamma levels. Both ProArt Preset and ProArt Palette can be accessed via the remote control or the projector hotkeys.
Bright FHD visuals
ProArt Projector A1 projects bright and crisp FHD (1920x1080) imagery. The mercury-free, 3000-lumen RGB LED light source enables gorgeous, fade-free projections for up to 30,000 hours — the equivalent of 20 years of real-world use at an average of four hours per day.
ProArt Projector A1 features four-corner and 2D keystone correction, plus a 1.2X zoom ratio for projecting in a confined space. 2D keystone correction provides adjustments to achieve perfectly rectangular images, and four-corner adjustment compensates to prevent image distortion when the projector is positioned off-center in relation to the projection surface.
Wireless mirroring
ProArt Projector A1 offers wireless streaming support for iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices. Simply plug in the bundled USB WiFi dongle to the playback device for effortless content streaming. Additional connectivity options include two HDMI® 2.0 ports for 4K input, VGA, audio in/out, RS232 serial, and two USB Type-A ports for compatibility with a wide variety of devices.
