ASUS ZenWatchTM Campaign - Terms and Conditions
This ASUS ZenWatchTM Campaign (“Campaign”) is hosted by ASUSTek Computer Inc.(“ASUS”).
| 1. | Detailed information with respect to how to play and prize awarding published by ASUS in connection with this specific Campaign, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy constitutes part of the Terms and Conditions ("Conditions"). Your participation in this Campaign is deemed acceptance of the Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions. |

Campaign Period: - Duration: The Campaign commences on October 27, 2014 at 17:00 PM (GMT + 8) and terminates on November 28, 2014 at 17:00 (GMT + 8) - Prize Winners Announcement: December 10, 2014 - Campaign Territory: Worldwide |

You shall be at least eighteen (18) years old or considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in, and grant access to the event page ( http://www.asus.com/EVENT/2014/ASUSZENWATCH) (“Campaign Page”) to participate in the Campaign during the Campaign Period to be eligible (“Eligible Entrant(s)”), including the following: (1) Log in or sign up as ASUS member, (2) Provide clear information and answer questions as requested, (3) Share the Campaign Page on your social media. |
| 4. | Once you have completed the questions as requested and submitted to ASUS, you will have a chance to get for the prize, ASUS ZenWatch (“Prize(s)”). |
| 5. | There will be ten (10) Prizes winners in the Campaign Territory in this Campaign (“Prize Winner(s)”) during the Campaign Period. The Prize Winners will be randomly drawn by ASUS on December 9, 2014. |
| 6. | On December 10, 2014, ASUS will announce ten (10) Prize Winners among Eligible Entrants. Prize Winners cannot choose specifications such as color, size, or grade of Prizes. |
| 7. | ASUS will publish the name and email address of Prize Winners on Campaign Page and will contact Prize Winners by email. Prize Winners should confirm and provide information via email according to the instruction of ASUS. Failure of such may result in disqualifying from winning the Prize, and ASUS, on its sole discretion, has the right to decide the substitution method of such Prize Winner. Prize Winners will get Prize after ASUS received the information via email. ASUS will deliver the Prize on December 15, 2014. |
| 8. | ASUS accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from your acceptance of the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by you. |
| 9. | In the event that a Prize is not available despite ASUS’s reasonable endeavors to procure the Prize, ASUS reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant governmental authority. You acknowledge that the warranty terms and conditions of the Prize may be different due to the nature of the Prize or the territory you located. |
| 10. | Eligible Entrant shall warrant that the information is free from any violation of any third party’s right, including but not limited to intellectual property right. |
| 11. | You must behave in accordance with the Conditions, and must not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Eligible Entrants’ qualification at any time during or after the Campaign Period, and reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Entrant (even a Prize Winner) from this Campaign including the prize qualification who violates this Conditions or constitutes any misconduct for tampering or suspicion of tampering with the Campaign without any notice. Failure of ASUS to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights. |
