西風之神GA401Q筆電無法正常以開機電源鍵開機

您好請教我有1台西風之神GA401Q筆電，近期無法正常以開機鍵電源鍵開機，電源線插著按開機鍵也無反應，每次皆須以官網所教硬體重置方式(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADSvlvRuiGI)，先按電源鍵按40秒後，再插上電源線才能開機，另外插電源線時電池指示燈顯示正常，也能充電，利用硬體重置方式開機後再把電源線拔掉，電池也無異常可接續耗電使用不會關機，還有重新開機後電腦系統時間會停留在前一次關機的時間，系統時間要再重新同步，想請問是否可調整何種設定或BIOS設定可...

最近更新完Android 15後，進入遊戲會卡住在開機畫面或產生黑屏，頻率蠻高的！但有時候卻又可以正常進入遊戲，問了同款遊戲的玩家們，很多人都有相同的問題請問板上的大大有什麼方法可以解決這個問題？或是可以回復上一版本的狀態嗎？
