  2. You will receive a successful registration notification email detailing the Nexus 7 (2012), ASUS VivoTab Smart and ASUS VivoTab RT Coupon Offer, and instructions on how to submit your proof of purchase.
  3. You will receive your £25 ASUS Shop coupon* by email once your application has been confirmed.

Rules and regulations:

  1. The Nexus 7 (2012), ASUS VivoTab Smart and ASUS VivoTab RT coupon redemption program is only available in the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
  2. Coupon is valid for ASUS Shop online purchases during the period of 2013/11/6 ~ 2014/2/28.

  • I have registered my product, but I didn't receive the coupon offer as instructed on the website. When will I get the information?

    If you’ve submitted a qualified purchase invoice to the assigned campaign email field, please allow up to 2 weeks of processing time to receive the coupon by email.

    If you’ve registered your product but didn’t receive an auto “Welcome email” describing how to apply for the coupon, we’re sorry to inform you that your device might not qualify for this redemption offer.

  • I am unable to register my product. The SN number doesn’t seem to be correct. What should I do?

    Take Nexus 7 (2012) as an example: The correct SN number is located on the rating label on the Nexus 7’s back cover, warranty card and the label in packing box.

    Enter the correct and qualified SN to join this campaign to receive a Welcome email that provides instructions on how to apply for the coupon.

    IMPORTANT: Do note that the Serial Number found in “Settings -> About tablet -> Status” on your device system is another Nexus 7 (2012) ID number for service purposes, but not for VIP registration on the ASUS member site.

  • I sent an email to the provided email address, but received a “Mailbox is full” message. What do I do?

    This could be due to the overwhelming response to the redemption program. If you receive this message, please allow for some processing time and resend your mail.

  • Where do I submit my invoice?

    After you’ve successfully registered your Nexus 7 (2012), ASUS VivoTab Smart or ASUS VivoTab RT on the ASUS member site, you will automatically receive a Welcome email. It has a specific email address where you can send your invoice to if your product is eligible for this campaign.

  • When do I receive the coupon?
